Designed for Advanced Construction Technology (A.C.T) processes, the HSP-500 is operated pneumatically, utilising the self levelling bottom to provide very high pressure. A free-standing, robust, heavy-duty unit, the Strip Cutter system is capable of handling the toughest strip cutting tasks. It is perfect for cutting a variety of products including webbing, elastics, cords, cuffing and more with ease. The Drive and Control module accepts 3 cutting modules: Cold Guillotine, Straight Hot Knife and Angle Hot Knife. All three are pneumatically driven, meaning these can have years of service with minimum maintenance and are easy to change.

The SMS-600 is unique to any other ultrasonic technology, bonding textiles together without thread. Due to its unique performance the machine was awarded a “Queens Award in Innovation”. It has all the handling capabilities of a “normal” sewing machine, with the exception that there is no thread or needle, and as the machine operates like a “normal” sewing machine it requires very little operator training. The unique design means that garment seams and curves are easily created, giving more versatility than the average wheel machine. The walking foot and positioning pin hold material in place, while the special attachments are specifically designed to enable the operator to use this machine on all types of materials including cotton blends and stretch materials, providing smooth uninterrupted seams. The seam can be strengthened by applying tape to the outside or underside.

The Ardmel Mini Hydrostatic Head Tester has been designed as a simple to use, portable and cost effective water penetration test machine. Using any available air source, even a bicycle pump! Fabric is clamped and water is forced against it using air pressure. Readings for the pressure are taken off the gauge, which can be read in Pounds per Square Inch (psi) or in Bar.

This TE-81 Hydrostatic Head Tester features a digital display and is one of the lightest machines of its kind on the market. It is used to measure the water penetration resistance of fabrics and seams, providing a quick and accurate test result. Just plug it in, add water to the tray and activate for a quick accurate reading. The specimen is secured by means of a hand operated clamp. Once the process is engaged the pressure is controlled in a slow and even motion to avoid extreme exertion on the material. The TE-81 is designed to eliminate air bubbles as the test pot automatically removes any trapped air. The digital gauge can be read in either kPa (kiloPascal) or psi (pounds per square inch) or Bar. The test specimen is then visually observed for any evidence of water penetration. Portable The unique power supply options of mains supply, battery o rechargeable battery mean the TE-81 is fully portable. The Hydrostatic Head Tester is supplied with a 230vac power supply, but can also be operated off a 12vdc battery.
